As a MidAtlantic IADA member, you can access the Auction/Vendor Savings Program valued at over $10,000 worth of coupons with your membership. Dealership & Auction Licensing
MidAtlantic IADA dealer services help you set up your first dealership to register a change of address or ownership. We can help you with new or renewal salespersons licenses, criminal record checks, and name changes.

Agent Contract
We assist with obtaining Agent Contracts from PennDOT for processing title and registration transactions.

Government Representation and Lobbying

To address dealers' concerns, the MidAtlantic IADA regularly meets with government officials from state agencies that regulate the used car business in Pennsylvania, Maryland, and Delaware.

We also utilize a PAC Fund and the services of a lobbyist to implement MidAtlantic IADA's legislative agenda and assist in resolving bureaucratic issues as they arise in state agencies. For example, In 2022, PIADA successfully lobbied for legislation to pass Act 130 of 2022, specifically including a new Section 3723, creating an offense of theft of catalytic converters..

NIADA Membership

Your membership with MidAtlantic IADA and payment of the yearly dues (which include NIADA dues) gives you membership in the National Independent Automobile Dealers Association.
