Melissa Rowan is a Partner and Controller of Red White and Blue Autos, a family-owned Buy Here Pay Here dealership in Ashland, Pennsylvania. Red White and Blue Autos opened its doors in 2014, and Melissa has helped grow the company into one of the region's leading independent dealerships, overseeing finance, operations, human resources, and strategic planning across multiple companies.

Although her background is focused on finance, Melissa quickly discovered that the automotive industry is ultimately about people. She believes that long-term success comes from building trust, treating customers with honesty and respect, and creating a culture where employees feel empowered to succeed. Those values have helped Red White and Blue Autos earn a reputation for exceptional customer service, strong employee retention, and a commitment to helping customers rebuild their credit and improve their financial future.

Melissa currently serves as Treasurer of the MidAtlantic Independent Automobile Dealers Association and was honored as the 2026 MidAtlantic IADA Quality Dealer of the Year. She and her husband, Glenn, have lived in Lake Wynonah, PA for over 25 years.  Melissa is the proud mother of two daughters, Brittany and Madelyn, and loves spending time with her grandchildren, Reece and Remi.  She is excited to share a behind-the-scenes look at the many roles, challenges, and rewarding moments that make up a day in the life at Red White and Blue Autos.
